ProViQ is a prenatal vitamin that can (and should) be taken before, during, and after pregnancy. ProViQ is not dangerous, but you should read the label carefully and talk to your doctor before starting to take this, or any other, prenatal vitamin.

What key ingredients are missing in ProViQ?
This modest little vitamin has done something impressive – ProViQ is not missing any key ingredients. Bravo!
Not only does ProViQ have folic acid, iron, and calcium, each dose also includes nine other vitamins and ten minerals. Especially noteworthy is what ProViQ calls a “proprietary blend” of probiotics, ginger, DHA, choline, inositol, CoQ10, and bioperine.
These last seven ingredients are the newest “miracle workers” in the world of prenatal vitamins. Probiotics have been proven to maintain balance in your immune system, and your digestive tract. They also not only help reduce weight gain for you, they can help prevent childhood obesity for your baby! Ginger is another special component of ProViq that is an absolute life saver. If you have ever experienced morning sickness, you know what a chore it is to deal with. Ginger is an all natural cure for nausea, and it’s built right into your prenatal vitamin. DHA, another key ingredient, is a building block of the central nervous system, and can even help your baby’s vision. Choline helps reduce neural tube defects, and CoQ10 can help your heart and your energy levels. Bioperine is an extract of black pepper that helps you get the most out of all these nutrients.
How much is ProViQ?
One bottle is $39.95, three for $99.95, 6 for $149.99, and 9 for $199.95.
Overall rating of ProViQ
I admire ProViq for creating a quality prenatal vitamin and for creating a reasonable price to go with it. The only thing I would mention to someone shopping for the perfect prenatal vitamin is to make sure check the quantity of each ingredient. For example, there are 5mg of calcium in ProViQ, which means a pregnant woman should be sure to include additional calcium, from other sources, in her diet. It’s also important to remember that a serving size is two capsules per day. Other than that, I feel confident recommending ProViQ as an above average prenatal vitamin. Its list of ingredients and its affordability definitely put it near the top of my list.
