How to conceive twins with Fertility Drugs in Kenya

Increased fertility drugs usually function by expanding the number of eggs generated in a woman’s ovaries. If more eggs are laid, there’s a good chance that more will be discharged and fertilized. Fraternal twins are the result of this happening at the same time.

This is for Kenyan ladies who are attempting to conceive and are expecting twins or multiple pregnancies.

In the world, clomiphene citrate is the most commonly used medicine to help people have babies. Clomid increases the number of eggs that are made during ovulation, which makes it more likely that the spermatozoa will be able to fertilize them. If you want to get the drug Clomiphene, you must get a prescription from your doctor first. There are two brand names for medicine in the United States. Clomid and Serophene are the names.

The medicine is taken by mouth, and the dose is based on what each person needs. It causes ovulation by making the body’s hormones work better. There have been a lot of studies that show that women who take this medicine for fertility treatment are more likely to have twins than women who don’t.
These medicines, like clomiphene and gonadotropins, could make it more likely that you’ll have twins.

2. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin and Human Menopausal Gonadotropin.

These two hormones work together to make hormones that make hormones that make hormones that make hormones that make hormones that make hormones that make hormones (HMG)
They could use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) to get you to start having babies. Oestradiol tests, cervical mucus scores, or ultrasounds must be used to keep an eye on induction of ovulation with HMG (a serious side effect of fertility drugs).

Using gonadotropins is a way to have a baby through an injection. FSH, or follicle-stimulating hormone, can be given alone or in combination with luteinizing hormone, which is also called LH (LH).
The brain makes both hormones, which tell the ovaries to make one egg every month. FSH (with or without LH) makes the ovaries produce a lot of eggs when it is given as an injection. There’s a better chance that more than one egg will be fertilized because the body is making more eggs.

According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, up to 30% of gonadotropin-assisted pregnancies end up with twins or multiples, which is a lot.

3. Metformin:

It was first made to treat diabetes, but it has now been found to be useful for ovulation induction, multiple pregnancy, and twinning. Metformin helps to lower testosterone production, and it also helps to raise insulin levels.

Testosterone stops women from ovulating, so lowering it makes sure that ovulation doesn’t stop. Multiple ovulation and twins may happen because of this.

If you want to get pregnant, you can take 500 to 2500 mg of metformin every day. You can take it alone or with clomiphene (CC), letrozole, or injectable gonadotropins. Taken every day, unlike clomiphene. It can be used in the early stages of pregnancy. The doses of Metformin should be gradually increased to avoid having bad side effects.

4. Femara Letrozole:

This drug stops the production of estrogen, which makes the pituitary produce more LH and FSH, which causes ovulation. Many women in the US, Canada, and Nigeria have used letrozole to help them get pregnant. Even though letrozole is only approved for women who have already had breast cancer treatment, letrozole has been used a lot for this purpose. You get it in the form of an oral tablet and take it every day for five days of your cycle. The doses range from 2.5 to 10 mg per day. Clomiphene Citrate and Clomiphene Citrate both have the same rates of ovulation, conception, and multiple births (7%).

Side Effects of Fertility Drugs

Both of these medicines are thought to be safe and effective. However, just like with any treatment, there are risks and side effects to taking fertility pills.

  • There are more chances of miscarriage in women who have Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome if they have more than one child.
  • Mood changes, like mood swings, anxiety, and despair, are the most common side effects.
  • Nausea, vomiting, headaches, cramps, and breast tenderness are all short-term physical side effects of taking a pill.
  • In some cases, women who take fertility medicines, especially those that contain hormones, may not be able to get pregnant.

Supplements that might help you with fertility

In this case, the word “B” means folic acid. Many doctors say that you should take it before and during pregnancy to help prevent neural tube problems like spina bifida. Take 400 micrograms of folic acid a day before you get pregnant, then 600 micrograms a day during your pregnancy.

Some small studies have shown that taking folic acid may make it more likely that you will have more than one child. If you have a lot of children, however, no large-scale research has shown that this increases your chances of having more than one. Taking folic acid while you’re trying to get pregnant can help protect your baby’s brain development.

Ovacare, and other fertility medicines for twins in Kenya can also be used, as well.

In conclusion, if your family has had twins, you have a greater chance of having twins if your parents have had multiples. This is particularly important for women who have fraternal twins in their families. That’s because they’re more likely to have the gene that makes them release many eggs at once.

American Society for Reproductive Medicine says that women who are fraternal twins have a one in 60 chance that they’ll have their own twins as well. It’s one in 125 that fraternal twins will give birth to a set of twin babies.
